Adventure Island Rishikesh provides adventure tourism experiences including Maa Ganga Bunjee jumping, river rafting on the Ganga, giant swing and related group or corporate packages. All activities are subject to weather, water levels, operational conditions and safety clearance on the day.

3. Eligibility

Adventure activities carry physical risks. You must be in reasonable health, free from serious heart, back or neurological conditions, and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Pregnant women and people with certain medical conditions are not permitted to participate. Minors require parental or guardian consent and supervision.

4. Bookings and payments

Enquiries submitted through the website are not confirmed bookings until we confirm availability, pricing and timing with you directly. Payment terms are shared at the time of booking confirmation. Prices may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the activity, group size and timing. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Refunds, reschedules or credits are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Safety

You must follow all instructions from our crew, guides and safety officers. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears unfit, intoxicated, or unwilling to follow safety directions. Your participation is at your own risk.

7. Liability

Adventure activities involve inherent risk. To the extent permitted by law, Adventure Island Rishikesh and its team are not liable for injury, loss, damage or death arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. You participate voluntarily and accept these risks.

8. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, videos and other content on this website belong to Adventure Island Rishikesh or our content partners. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Website use

Do not use this website for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to upload harmful code, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend access or remove content at any time.
